Seradew LLC (“Seradew,” “we,” “us”) sells cosmetic skincare products.

Pre-launch / waitlist Joining the founding or waitlist list is free. We do not charge your card for a kit until checkout is open and you place an order. You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails anytime.

Orders Once checkout is live and you purchase The Ritual Kit (or other Seradew products):

• If your order has not shipped, email hello@seradew.com to cancel for a full refund to your original payment method.
• If your order has shipped, unopened products in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error).
• Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except where required by law or if the product arrived damaged/defective.

Damaged or wrong item Email hello@seradew.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll replace or refund at our option.

How to request Email hello@seradew.com with your order number and reason. Refunds are processed within about 5–10 business days after we approve; card timing depends on your bank.
