These Terms govern your use of seradew.com and purchases from Seradew LLC.

Eligibility You must be 18+ and able to form a binding contract. By using the site or buying, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Products & claims Seradew products are cosmetics for appearance care only. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. We do not make pregnancy or nursing claims — ask your clinician before use. Vegan/cruelty-free claims appear only if we have written lab attestation on file.

Pre-launch Waitlist signup does not guarantee product availability, price, or ship date. We’ll email before charging for a kit order. Prices and offers may change until you complete a paid checkout.

Orders & payment Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel orders (fraud, stock, pricing error). Title and risk pass when the carrier has the package, unless law says otherwise.

Intellectual property Site content, brand, and product names are owned by Seradew or its licensors. Don’t copy or use them commercially without written permission.

Prohibited use Don’t misuse the site (scraping, attacks, fraud, illegal activity, or resale that violates these Terms).

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, Seradew is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a product or the site is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

Indemnity You agree to indemnify Seradew against claims arising from your misuse of the site or products or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Seradew LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts there have exclusive venue, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
